I had a generally positive experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location in Jack London Square made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and entertainment options, which I absolutely loved. However, the decor in my room felt a bit dated, and I encountered an issue with my booking that caused a frustrating start to my visit. Overall, though, I would consider returning for the great hospitality and the vibrant area.
